DESCRIPTION: This group of residents lives in the Archdale neighborhood and along Hyde Park Avenue that began organizing regarding the inadequate sewage system that led to devastating floods in 1996. The group filed suit in 1999 against the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and the Boston Water and Sewer Commission in Suffolk Superior Court for what they perceived to be an inadequate response to problems with the sewer system.
