DESCRIPTION: The Anti-Gang Violence Coalition was created by the Suffolk County District Attorney to help organizations coordinate their efforts, share information, and solve the problems of gang violence together.

"Monthly meetings have already yielded collaborative efforts on summer youth programs, cooperation on major crime prevention initiatives such as the annual National Night Out Program, and plans for a series of year round youth activities" (Boston Police Department).
