DESCRIPTION: Between 1995 when it was formed, and 2001, the Black Church Capacity Building Program (BCCBP) has funded 30 different faith-based groups in some of the city's poorest neighborhoods. Funded by groups such as the Hyams Foundation, the BCCBP has focused its efforts on enhancing and supporting opportunities for area youth.
