CONDITIONS:
Alexander the Great Park is a corner park immediately adjacent to the commuter rail parking lot at the intersection of Robert Street and Belgrade Avenue. Listed as a square/ plaza by the City, this small park features a bust of Alexander the Great and a paved public plaza framed by a formal gateway. The Park offers places to sit. Part of Alexander the Great Park was given to the citizens of Boston from the citizens of Athens. Different sections were completed in 1993 and 1997. The park does not appear to be extensively used because it is on a busy street and slightly set apart from the main commercial district.
