DESCRIPTION:

An agreement between the City of Boston, the MBTA, and the CPCAY about an 18-acre property in the vicinity of the Forest Hills MBTA Station known as the Arborway Yard. According to the agreement, a portion of the land would be used for a bus storage facility and a portion would be used by the community.
