DESCRIPTION:

Otake carried out his research and study in collaboration with Roxbury-based Alternatives for Community and Environment (ACE). The research sought to determine whether there is transit injustice in the Roxbury neighborhood, which is a heavily minority, heavily transit-dependent neighborhood that the MBTA serves with buses only. Can be found in the library of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University under the "Policy Analysis Exercise" reports for 2002.
